As an adult with ADHD I find coping with life has many difficulties. I only
got diagnosed with ADHD a few years ago. Sometimes I think I need some help
only there doesn't seem to be any help about. This is why I am building this
web site! To seek out information for adult with ADHD. I'm hoping that
visitors will help me do this.
ADHD seems to be recognised much more in children than with adults. Many
adults who have ADHD probably don't even know they have. I guess as ADHD
adults gets older they find ways of living with their difficulties which
they didn't know they had in the first place. Some adults with ADHD would
probably not except they had anything different about them. Although they
felt different throughout their life. It doesn't really matter why adults
with ADHD don't get recognised. It is important that we the adults with ADHD
start to get recognised and appropriate support.
